Returns and refunds

Withdrawal period

Fourteen days from delivery for consumers. Requests are made by email to contact@conteneur-pro.eu quoting your order number.

Return costs

Return transport is at the customer's expense, at the outbound transport rate. The container must be returned empty, clean and in as-delivered condition.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within fourteen days of collection and inspection of the unit, using the same payment method as the order.

Exclusions

Containers modified to your specification are not taken back, except in case of non-conformity.
