Terms and conditions of sale

Scope

These terms govern container sales and hire agreements entered into by Conteneur Pro SAS with business and consumer customers in the European Union.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros excluding tax and delivery. Applicable VAT is added at the rate in force in the country of delivery. Hire rates are charged per month started.

Orders and reservation

An order becomes firm on signature of the quote and payment of the deposit. The unit is then reserved in your name and photographed before dispatch.

Delivery

Lead times are indicative. The customer warrants site accessibility and ground stability. A delivery made impossible by the customer may be re-invoiced for transport.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have fourteen days from delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for bespoke modified containers, which are excluded by their nature.

Warranty

Twelve-month watertightness warranty from delivery, in addition to statutory conformity and latent defect warranties.
