Scope

Twelve-month watertightness warranty on all containers sold, from the delivery date. Twelve months on the refrigeration unit of refurbished reefers.

Making a claim

Report the defect by email with photos. A technician attends site or arranges an exchange of the unit.

Exclusions

Damage resulting from third-party modification, impact, overloading or lack of maintenance is excluded.
